By registering for any program under Mini Projects by ABSIndia, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These ensure a safe, enriching, and smooth experience for both children and parents.
1. Eligibility

Programs are designed for children aged 8 to 14 years.

All activities are home-based and may require parental supervision and support.
2. Program Access & Validity

Once payment is completed, the child is automatically enrolled in the selected program.

Activities and instructions can be accessed by logging in using the email ID provided at registration.

The program is valid for 2 months from the date of registration. Submissions after this period may not be accepted.
3. Parental Guidance & Responsibility

Some activities may involve basic kitchen ingredients or tools.

Parents are responsible for supervising and ensuring the child’s safety during the program.

ABSIndia is not liable for any injury, allergy, or accident that may occur during participation.
4. Participation & Certificates

Only the registered child is eligible to receive a digital certificate upon completing all assigned activities.

Siblings may informally participate, but certificates will be issued only to the enrolled participant.
5. Content Submissions & Usage

By submitting project content (photos, videos, write-ups), you grant ABSIndia the right to feature your child’s work (first name only) for educational or promotional purposes.

You may opt out by informing us in writing before the program ends.
6. Cancellation & Refund

Please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for full terms.

No cancellations or refunds will be entertained once program access has been granted.
7. Communication

All updates, prompts, and support will be shared via the WhatsApp number provided at registration.

It is the parent’s responsibility to stay updated through the WhatsApp group and/or email.
8. Program Adjustments

ABSIndia may update or modify activities, timelines, or content structure to enhance the experience, with prior notice where applicable.
