Shipping & Returns

📦 For Digital Programs (Mini Projects)

  • Our Mini Projects are fully digital and delivered via WhatsApp or email after successful registration.

  • There is no physical shipping involved for these programs.

  • Access details and instructions are shared within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

  • As these are digital products, returns are not applicable once access has been granted.

 

📦 For Physical Products (if applicable in future)

If we offer any physical materials (such as kits, printables, or activity tools), the following will apply:Shipping:

  • Orders are shipped within 3–5 working days of placing the order.

  • Delivery timelines vary based on location, and a tracking number will be provided once shipped.

 

Returns:

  • Returns will be accepted only for items that are damaged or defective upon delivery.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item, along with photos as proof.

  • Returns must be unused and in original packaging.

Refunds:

  • Approved refunds for physical products will be processed within 7 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
